He was predeceased by: his parents, Creston Bain and Joyce Ervin Maynard; his wife Paulette Bain; his half-brother Brent Bain; his siblings, Kenny, Pam and Jeff Bain; and his parents-in-law, James and Eunice Stanley.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Moser of Antioch; his brother Larry Bain of Smithville; his niece Karem Coker (Kyle) of Fayetta; his nephew Creston Bain of Smithville; and his stepfather Bobby Maynard, Sr.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to flowers, family ask that donations be made to Happy Haven Home, a Christian Home for children in Putnam Co, those donations can be made at the funeral home.
