With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Wayne Haley of Smithville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 5, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eston and Mary Juanita Davis Haley; his son Stephen Earl Haley; his siblings, Carolyn Haley Sotke (Arnie) and Paul Gentery Haley; and his brother-in-law Bill Goff.
He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Haley Goff, David Haley (Marsha) and Vicki Haley; his son Douglas Edward Haley; his grandchildren, Colby Haley (Savannah) and Cali Liebelt (Jesse); his great grandchildren, Charlette Liebelt and Lillian Liebelt; his niece Kristian Elkins; his close friend Judy Murray; and the mother of his children Mary Dianne Provine.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Outreach Baptist Church, in memory of Butch.
