He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ley and Ellen Campbell Ley. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Ley of Smithville; his daughter Brenda Van Cleave of Chattanooga; and his grandchildren, Michael Van Cleave and Shelly Van Cleave. He is also survived by brother.
