She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dowie and Mettie Emma Neely Green; her grandson Michael Adcock; her daughter-in-law Loretta Adcock; and her siblings, Elsie Steinbach, Christine Adcock, Faye Cantrell, Kenneth Green, Thomas Green and James Green.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Adcock of Smithville and Douglas Adcock (Dawn) of Murfreesboro; her grandson Anthony Adcock of Smithville; her great grandchild Johnathon Adcock; her siblings, Joyce Green Carman of Louisville, KY, John Green (Judy) of Walling, Eddie Green (Carol) of Smithville and Jack Green of Smithville; and her caregiver Barbara Jackson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Dilton Church of Christ Mission Fund, in memory of Ms. Sara.
