He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Blackford and Eva Mae Wenger Blackford; and his brother Douglas Blackford. He is survived by: his siblings, John Blackford of Wisconsin, Dennis Blackford of Smithville and Susan Pullin of Smithville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
