He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland McCrary and Nannie Denton McCrary; his daughter Pamela Gail McCrary; and his brothers, Denton McCrary and Charles McCrary.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy McCrary (Cherri) of Readyville, Tim McCrary of Readyville and Terri Barrett (Neal) of Rossville; and his close friend Shirley Philpott. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to Gentiva Hospice or Thyatira Cemetery.
