He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace H. Chapman and Susie F. Vanatta Chapman; his wife Dean Chapman; and his siblings, William, Buster, Jess, Edwinea Chapman and Maudie Thomason.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Summers (Doug) of Liberty; his grandsons, Dale Simmons (Jen) of McMinnville, Albert Summers (Abigail) of Smithville and Robin Summers of Smithville; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Emily Simmons, Hailey and Johnna Summers; his great great grandchild River Church; and his brother Cordell Chapman of Smithville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Smithville First Assembly of God Youth Group or a youth group of your choice.
