Adcock, Clayton Adcock, Eston Adcock, Eldon Adcock, WIlburn Adcock, Myrtle McCormick, Willow Rybka, Shirley Adcock, Jewel Jones and Betty Jones.
She is survived by: her sons, Billy Eudean Pack (Tamie) of Smithville and Darrell Pack of Smithville; her grandchildren, Misty Pack, Billie Johnson, Christopher Pack and Derek Pack (Cora); her great grandchildren, Makayla McCathern, Shayla Woods, Austin Pack, Melody Johnson, Vivian Pack, Everett Pack and Douglas Pack; her great great grandchild Zurionna Marie Phillips; and her sister Mildred Johnson of Smithville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
