He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harvey and Dovie Myrtle Miller Clark; his wife Patsy Herman Clark; his children, Alan Clark and Vickey Jordan; his grandsons, Billy Clark and Brian Clark; and his brothers, Albert Neal, Luther Neal and Tom Neal.
He is survived by: his sons, Billy Clark of Sparta and David Clark of Smithville; his grandchildren, Joseph Clark, Russell Clark, Dakota Clark, Leah Clark, Wesley Jordan and Morgan Clark; his great grandchildren, Colby Clark, Caden Calrk, Matthew of Florida, Billy Clark, Conner Clark, Lyren Clark, Arya Adcock and Jezzy Adcock; and his sisters, Mary Certain of Smithville and Eline Pepper of McMinnville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
