Simpkins and Rachel K. Simpkins (James Crouch); his aunts and uncles, Wayne Simpkins (Regina), Bonnie Patterson (George), Sharon Reeder (Johnny), Nancy Rewitzer (Dave), Stephanie Buckner, Chris Tate and Frank Ferrell; his children, Monica, Brooke, Belle, Willow and Jett; and his grandson Emmett. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
