With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Benson of Smyrna, Tennessee, who passed away on May 2, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband David Ronald Benson; and her mother Francis Elizabeth Ellis. She is survived by: her father William Myrl Ellis; her children, Robert D. Benson and Rhonda Benson Gore (Darren); her daughter-in-law Michele Benson Hunt; her siblings, William "Bill" Ellis II (Phillip) and Dianne Sudymont (Walter); her grandchildren, Tanner Gore (Emily), Wesley Benson, Kelsey Benson, Greyson Gore, Reed Gore and Jacob Hunt; and her great grandchildren, Greer Gore and Olin Gore. She is also survived by two nieces and many other family and friends.
