He is survived by: his parents, Paul Gentry and Kim Gentry of LaVergne, Tennessee.; his wife Brittney Gentry; his children, Preslee, Saylor and Clayton; his brothers, Weston (Emily), Bryson and Kenton (Emily); his grandmother Jane Way; his parents-in-law, Shauna Hixson and Brett Hixson; and his brother-in-law Colby Hixson (Hannah).

Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Vergne Church of Christ (244 Old Nashville Hwy, La Vergne, TN 37086). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
