He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Marie Radka. He is survived by: his wife Damarys Radka; his children, Alea Radka, Addison Radka, Amanda Arce and Omar Arce; his grandchildren, Katherine Arce, Genesis Joseph and Joziel Arce; and his father David Arthur Radka, Sr..
