It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Franklin Miller of Smyrna, Tennessee, who passed away on May 15, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Florence Scheffler Miller; and his brothers, Dale Miller of Cookeville and Wayne Miller of Allentown, Pennsylvania.. He is survived by : his children, Lisa Biffle (Craig) of Lavergne, Tennessee and Scott Miller (Kristina) of Berwyn, Pennsylvania; his former life partner Mary Miller of Smyrna, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Jack of Berwyn, Pennsylvania, Joey of Berwyn, Pennsylvania, Jimmy of Berwyn, Pennsylvania and Brooke of Berwyn, Pennsylvania; his sisters, Patty Grady of Manchester, NJ and Betty Dieter (Barry) of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; and his nephews, Eric Dieter (Tonna) of Lancaster, Mike Dieter (Mandy) of Lancaster, Stephen Grady (Katie) of Bayville, NJ and Rodney Grady (Brenda) of Bayville, NJ.

He was a member of the Smyrna Lions Club and enjoyed selling (and giving away) chocolate pecans as part of his charity work with their organization.
