He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Bannister; his grandchildren, Zachary Bannister (Jessi), Jade Cazares (Pablo) and Jeffrey Bannister; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Keegan and Easton Bannister; and his siblings-in-law, Campbell Murphy, Philip Paul, Tootie and Juanita Montgomery.
