It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Wayne Chrisman of Smyrna, Tennessee, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Chrisman and Elizabeth Chrisman; and his siblings, Robert and Peggy. He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Wayne and Heather Elizabeth; his wife Sandra Chrisman; his aunt Dot Parrish; and his sister Brenda Campbell.
In Lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be mailed to Gentiva Hospice at 1639 Medical Center Pkwy, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
