She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Ashford of Murfreesboro, TN.; her husband Ernest "Jim" Shoffner; her grandparents, John and Emma Ashford; and her brother Don Warrick.

She is survived by: her children, Tonia Oates (Billy), Dale Robinson, Danny Melton and Rocky Melton (Rebecca Layne); her grandchildren, Gregory Jones (Marlie), Jeffrey Jones (Savanna), Kasie Ann Robinson (Zack), Caela Jo Melton, Allie Robinson (Dusty), Tory Melton, Levi Melton, Garrett Melton and Megan Dauby; and her great grandchildren, Ukiah, Monty, Briley, Waylon, Anabell, Paisley, Addie, Rylie and Reese.
