He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Breanna Bowman (Mason Felps), Jay Ramsey (Lindsey) and Jacob Ramsey; his sister Jelaine Nodine (Scott); his mother Carolyn Bowman; his sisters-in-law, Vickie Elliott, Khristal Kelley (David) and Robin Sawyer (Rich); his nieces and nephews, Kate Eaves (Casey), Tommy Layne (Kaylan), Olivia Johnson (Michael), Anthony Wilkerson (Lacy), Zachary Layne (Brandy), Collier Nodine (Olivia), Morgan Raney, Dylan Eady, Andrew Layne and Jaxon Kelley; his grandchildren, Tucker, Millie Felps and Jase Ramsey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Luke, Oliver Eaves, Camden, Brentley Layne, Westin, Chloe Johnson, Maddie, Baileigh Layne, Reagan, Ellie and Peyton Eady. He is also survived by his family, friends.
