He was predeceased by: his stepgrandfather Marshall Puckett. He is survived by: his mother Ashley Floyd of Smyrna; his uncles, Chris Floyd (Kayla) of Murfreesboro and Tyler Floyd of Smyrna; his grandparents, Dawn Puckett of Smyrna, Terry, Pam Floyd of Beechgrove and Johnathan Beirnes (Paw-Paw) of Smyrna; and his sister Mahalia Pollard of Readyville.
