She was predeceased by: her mother Ivena Byers Reynolds (Donald Foxworthy). She is survived by: her children, Darren Foxworthy (Amanda) of Murfreesboro, TN and Beth Ashley of Altamont, TN; her grandchildren, J. D. Haley, Cayley Foxworthy, Hunter Haley, Logan Foxworthy and Trista Foxworthy; her brother Ronnie Phillips (Mary); her sibling's children, Heather, Jennifer, Amber, Jeremy, Chad, Todd, Alicia and Holly; and her pet Hobo.
