We announce the death of Linda Joyce Driver of Smyrna, Tennessee, who passed away on August 21, 2026, at the age of 78. Linda will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Joseph Durrett and Iona Bohannon Durrett of Bowling Green, KY.. She is survived by: her husband Douglas White Driver; her daughters, Stephanie Edwards (Dan) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Angeline Driver of Murfreesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Kelsey Holsonback (Austin) of Brookland, AR, Benjamin Edwards (Caroline) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Lauren Edwards of Lawrenceburg, TN; her great grandchild Carter Holsonback; and her brothers, Samuel Gerald Durrett (Margaret) of Bowling Green, KY and Gary Joseph Durrett (Cindy) of Tallahassee, FL. She is also survived by several nephews as well as a niece.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Jude or Alive Hospice of Murfreesboro, TN in her memory.
