She is survived by: her sons, Richard Cleary of Decatur, Tennessee and Justin Cleary of Decatur, Tennessee; her mother Diane Caldwell of Georgetown, Tennessee; her sister Summer Blizzard (Chris Coslow) of Charleston, Tennessee; her niece River Coslow; her nephew Hudson Coslow of Charleston; her stepfather Steve Blizzard of Georgetown; and her aunts, Frances Caldwell of Georgetown and Annette Sharits of Cleveland. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
