Margie Williamson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margie Williamson of Smyrna, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 17, 2025 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Margie Williamson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Dixon and Sally Elleen Dixon; her husband Charles Lee Williamson; and her siblings, Velma Long, Lolitta Heflin, Jimmie Miller, Barbara Walkup and Veron "Blair" Dixon.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Trey Mathis (Rachel), Adam Mathis, Rachel Moore (Brett) and Andie Martin (Drew); her great grandchildren, Gavin, Henry, Caroline, Roque and Raynie Lee; her sister-in-law Nita Dixon; Lonnie Williamson (Phoebe) and Vickie Mathis (Bill).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Smyrna (540 Sam Ridley Pkwy W, Smyrna, TN 37167). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mapleview Cemetery (411 Maple St, Smyrna, TN 37167).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in memory of Mrs. Margie Williamson to First Presbyterian Church of Smyrna, 540 Sam Ridley Pkwy W, Smyrna, TN 37167.
