He was predeceased by: his father John J. Costello. He is survived by: his wife Laura Costello; his daughter Lindsay Morrissey (James); his grandsons, Mark Morrissey and Sean Morrissey; and his siblings, Mary Miller (Fred) and John Costello (Liz). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
