It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maye Koterba of Smyrna, Tennessee, born in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Hix and Alline Hix; and her husband Raymond Koterba. She is survived by : her children, Janice Martinez (Alex), Gina McCabe (Thomas) and Joseph Gregel (Keri); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Michael, Joseph, Elijah, Ryan, Logan and Thomas; her great grandchild Mattias; and her sisters, Faye Adams (Robert) and Brenda Patterson (Howard). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
