Juliet, TN; his children, Adam Baldassarre (Amber) of Lebanon, TN, Drix Cruz of Smyrna, TN, Amber Ewing (Tim) of Murfreesboro, TN and Autumn Vincent (Josh) of Murfreesboro, TN; his siblings, Jay Baldassarre of New York, Shane Bingham (Christy) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Sherry Bader (Brett) of Florida, Missy Baldassarre (Paul) of New York, Jackie Taylor (Shawn) of Florida and Kim Willoughby of Smyrna, TN; and his grandchildren, Spencer, Mackenzie, Raelynn and Blakely. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
