It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Cherry of Smyrna, Tennessee, who passed away on June 4, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodfin Chapel (203 N Lowry St, Smyrna, TN 37167). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at the Mapleview Cemetery (411 Maple St, Smyrna, TN 37167).
