He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert H. Hall and Beatrice Ervin Hall; his former life partner Maria Anna Hall (Marianne); his daughter Barbara Hall Gannon; and his siblings, Lemuel, Thomas Hall and Bernice Gatlin.

He is survived by : his wife Betty Jo Hall; his son Claude Hall (Brenda); his grandchildren, Nick Hall and Stefanie Wilson (James); his great grandchildren, James and Jackson Wilson; his sister Mildred Murphy; his nieces and nephews, Roger, Ricky, Stanley, Sue (Sharon) and Medley; and his friend Ursula McPherson.
