He was predeceased by: his mother Ida Ethel Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Kelley; his children, Kim Wheeler (Christopher "Todd" Wheeler) of Smyrna and Robert Tracy Kelley; his grandchildren, Jessica Matthews of Washington, DC, Robert Henley (Meghan Henley) of Smyrna, Jasmine Wilburn (Matt Wilburn) of Christiana, Jade Kelley of Christiana and Jordan Wheeler of Smyrna; and his great grandchildren, Sidney Matthews of Christiana, Amy Matthews of Christiana and Haven Wilburn of Christiana. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
