He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" O'Riley; his sons, David Brian O'Riley and Michael Dennis Biggs; his parents, Shaw O'Riley and Dena O'Riley; and his siblings, Nancy Edwards, Betty Wilson, Marlon O'Riley and James O'Riley.
He is survived by: his children, R. Dennis O'Riley, Steven Wayne O'Riley of Rockvale, TN, Cynthia O'Riley Neely of Nashville and Judy Ann Masey (Roy) of Hartsville. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
