She was predeceased by: her husband James D. Schmidt; her children, Sandra K. Schmidt and Vernon G. Schmidt; her parents, Carl L. Reeves and Nellie M. Reeves (Harbison); and her siblings, Neil, Albert, Gale Reeves, James Werley, Leoma Werly Doris and Louise Werley Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Turner of Murfreesboro and James W. Schmidt (Angie) of Smyrna; her grandchildren, Kelly Turner, Daniel Turner (Jessica) of Murfreesboro and Abby Hunter (Logan) of Chapel Hill; her great grandchildren, Kara Brown, Addison, Avery, Anderson Turner of Murfreesboro and Elsie Hunter of Chapel Hill; and her brother Donald Reeves (Ill) of Percy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
