She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Inez and Parmer Coy Johnson; her husband Kenith Charles Willoughby; and her brother Coy Mack Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Brian Willoughby (Jill), Vance Willoughby (Jennifer), Nikki Harris (Rick) and Matthew Willoughby; and her siblings, Linda Brisindine (David), Jerry Don Johnson, Jeff Johnson and Jon Johnson. She is also survived by five grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research.
