She was predeceased by: her parents, Ola Mai Pruitt and Samuel E. Pruitt; her husband John E. Copeland; and her brother Glendon Pruitt (Nina). She is survived by: her children, Taffy (Thomas "Bubba"), Johnny (Kelly) and Dee Dee (Diana); her grandchildren, Thomas, BJ (Cassidy), Brian, Leia (Kelly) and Lora; her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Alyssa, Adyson, Channing, Charlotte, Hayden and Kash; and her brother Rev. Samuel Pruitt (Darlene).
