He is survived by: his wife Michelle Crutchfield; his children, Leigha Crutchfield and Lincoln Crutchfield; his grandparents, Harold and Faye Crutchfield; his parents, Mark Crutchfield and Lisa Owen; his siblings, Andrew Crutchfield, Kelly Porter-Slaughter, Melissa Crutchfield and Haley Worthington; his aunt Beverly Crutchfield Hamblin; and his uncle Jeff Crutchfield.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the LifePoint Church (506 Legacy Dr, Smyrna, TN 37167).
