He was predeceased by: his son Greg Hawkins; and his grandson Chad Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Lois Hawkins; his son Scott Hawkins (Kim); his daughter-in-law Debbie Hawkins; his grandchildren, Amanda Hawkins, Kara Hawkins and Bryan Hawkins (Morgan); and his great grandchildren, Madison and McKenzie Hawkins.
