She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lee and Martha Elizabeth Griffin Whitman; her husband Dennis Jerome Galloway; her daughter Martha Sue Gothard; and her siblings, Jean Lewter and Douglas Whitman.
She is survived by: her son Robert Gothard, Jr. (Ranee) of Smyrna, TN; her grandchildren, Alexis Gothard and Alicia Gothard; and her siblings, Dorothy Vanderbrink (Ray) and Thomas Whitman (Betty).
