He is survived by: his significant other Miami Hurricanes; his mother Janice Thomas; his stepfather Danny Thomas (Shelley Stidham) of Bellevue, TN.; his siblings, Shane Hughes (Tracy) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Danny Thomas Jr. of White Bluff, TN and Laurie Cook (Job) of Mt. Juliet, TN.; his nephews, Ethan Thomas and Drew Cook; his niece Savanna Cook; and his cousins, Brian Hughes and Kyle Hughes.

Family has requested house plants, in lieu of flowers.
