He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Bell and Ica Mae Bell; his sisters, Gwen Mathis and Donna Collins; his grandson Cody Johnson; and his brother-in-law Roger Ramsey.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his daughters, Beverly Chance (Brian), Rebecca Livesay (Tom) and Colleen Burke (Cody); his siblings, Irene Bell, Elizabeth Ramsey, Floyd BellSister and Cherylene Gibson (Sonia Miller); and his granddaughters, Ashley Marion (Kevin), Lindsay Lynch (Dustin) and Cheyenne Johnson4. He is also survived by his daughters and the rest of his friends and family.
