He is survived by: his siblings, Beatrice Maness, Elizabeth Williams, Betty Moore, Charlotte Coffey, Emma Brogan (Larry), Michael Collins (Anita), Pete Collins (Elsie), Jackie Collins (Betty) and Allen Collins (Melanie); and his stepchildren, Chasity Williams, Sonia Fleenor, Jessica Johnson and Shane Williams15 Step (Lacey).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McNeil Funeral Home (124 Church St, Sneedville, TN 37869). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at the Collins Cemetery.
