The lying in state will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McNeil Funeral Home (124 Church St, Sneedville, TN 37869). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ferguson Farm Cemetery (5830 Chinquepin Road, Sneedville, TN 37869).
