He is survived by: his daughter Hailey Farris; his mother Ann Gunsallus; his siblings, Anthony, Corey Gunsallus and Gwen Simond; his grandsons, Weston Seals and Owen Lemons; his stepson Timmy Bolinger; and his girlfriend Stephanie Collins (family: Victoria Collins, Warren Collins, Brianna CollinsThe).
