He was predeceased by: his former wife Linda Johnson; his parents, Hester Winkler and Bill Winkler; and his nephews, Joey and Jarrod Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Larry Johnson Jr. (Leeann); his granddaughter Lacy Ross; his great grandchild Charlee Mae; and his grandson Trey Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces/nephews and several great nieces/nephews.
