She is survived by: her husband Lowell Purkey; her son Brian Trent; her grandson Deegan Trent; her stepchildren, Kandy, Jason Purkey, Mickey Barnett Purkey, Angela and Stacey Surber; her stepgrandchildren, Kaci Hipshire, Lindsay and Dustin Lynch; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kali, Ryleigh, Tanner, Remington, Kasi, ChevySpecial, Jancie Johnson and Teresa Gibson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McNeil Funeral Home (124 Church St, Sneedville, TN 37869). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
