With sadness, we share the passing of Marcella Hilton (Sneedville, Tennessee). Marcella, born on June 6, 1933, passed away on October 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Luther Hilton; her son Hank Hilton; her parents, Mitchel Dean and Jenny Dean; and her brothers, JD Dean and Eldige Dean.
She is survived by: her sons, David Hilton (Debra), Lonnie Hilton, Duel Hilton (Nancy) and Charles HiltonSpecial; her nieces, Wanda Grenier and Judy Dean; her granddaughter Ashley Hurley; and her great grandchildren, Brantley, Owen and Elijah Roberts.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McNeil Funeral Home (124 Church St, Sneedville, TN 37869). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Dean-Hilton Cemetery.
