It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Martin (Sneedville, Tennessee), who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Johnson and Mandy Johnson; her husband Charles Martin; and her siblings, Freeman Johnson, George Johnson, Paul Johnson, Raymond Johnson, Clay Moles, Martha Johnson and Polly Lanham.
She is survived by: her daughter Marta Martin Stapleton; her son-in-law Jeff; her grandson Dr. Dakota Stapleton (Shelby Maldonado); her great grandchild Hank Stapleton; her sisters, Jeanie Mae Seal (Rodney) and Cecile Fergerson; and her close friends, John Boarman, Janet Cose, Charles Crumley, Mary Linda Crumley, Faye Lamb, Boyd Pendleton, Nora Pendleton, Angie Rasnic, John Stanley and Rick Ramsey. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and good friends.
