With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Olen Goins of Sneedville, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Goins and Cora Goins (Collins); his daughter Stephanie; and his stepson George Conley "PJ". He is survived by: his wife Ruby Goins (Wheeler); his stepchildren, Chris Conley (Julie), Sandra Conley and Gala Hatfield; his stepgrandchildren, Jackie Russell, Kristle Hatfield, Zack Daily and Tyler Daily; and his sisters, Rosalee Kerry and Alene Wells. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
