He is survived by: his siblings, Tricia, Bernice (Jerry), Lois, Kathy (Monkey) and Dennis; his nieces and nephews, Tequila (Brian), Kelsey (Justin), Kaela, Brandy, Hannah, Zoe Faith, Johnny, Justin (Judy), William, Dustin (Jaylia) of Junebug, DJ and ChristianSeveral; his brothers, Bobby Peppers, Jack Mullins and Ephraim Glover; and his pets, Meka, Daisy, Jess, Bubba and Friend.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McNeil Funeral Home (124 Church St, Sneedville, TN 37869). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
