He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Oliver and Madge Oliver; his brothers, Emmett and David Oliver; his former wife Ramona; the mother of his children Marquita; and his granddaughter Carrie Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Lena Oliver; his daughter Marquita Oliver; and his grandchildren, Carly Slocumb, Ashley Campos, Hannah Winchester, Kristin Gibson and Summer Wilkey.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hamilton Funeral Home & Cremation Services (4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN 37343). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
