She was predeceased by: her husband Archie Milligan; her son Michael Milligan; her granddaughter Latisha Cranmore; and her parents, Earl Smith and Ovena Cross.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Bowers, Sherry Smith and Carol Miller; and her siblings, Joy Frizzell, Jerry Smith and Bart Smith. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Williamson & Sons Funeral Home (8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
