He was predeceased by: his wife Nita Crowe; his parents, McKinley "Mac" Crowe and Georgia Crowe; and his siblings, Jean Bookout and Conard Crowe.
He is survived by: his daughter Jodi Pelham (John); his grandchildren, Major Thomas Pelham (Leighann) and Julie Freeman (Zack); and his great grandchildren, Iris, Opal and Quint Pelham.
